Gas kiln has been fired again and unloaded. 07-29-08
Electric kiln bisque has been unloaded.

07-22-08 - Gas Kiln unloaded

Gas Kiln (glaze firing) has been unloaded.
Student work from Session 2 Summer Programs is ready for pick up. Items are located in the ware room on the glazed shelf.
The kiln is already being reloaded. If it is fired this weekend it should be unloaded by 07-30-08.

Electric Kiln is being loaded. It is about 3/4 full.

07-13-08: Gas Kiln Delayed 1-1/2 weeks

Sorry for the long wait but the gas kiln will be delayed about another week and a half. Per request of the KCFD we are installing a fire proof ceiling. This will help make the KC Clay Guild even safer. The kilns can not be running while we do this. New E.T.A. of gas kiln about 1 and a half weeks. This includes children's works from session 2 of the Summer Programs for Young Artists. Keep checking in for updates. ~ Joe

Status as of 06-30-08

Electric Kiln has been unloaded and reloaded and firing today. Should be unloaded by Wednesday 07-02-08 .

Gas Kiln has been unloaded and will be loaded through out the week. Should be ready to fire by Friday 07-05-08.

Gas / Electric Kiln Status

Gas kiln was fired 06-21-08 and should be cool enough to unload on Wednesday 06-25-08. You will be able to pick your items up on Thursday 06-26-08.

Electric kiln should be fired and unloaded by 06-27-08
